Booking Terms & Conditions
* Model Release
In consideration of receipt of the modelling fee (inclusive of service fee) as well as any additional usage fees due which were negotiated with the manager, the model hereby sells, assigns and grants to above or those for whom they are acting as indicated above, the right and permission to copyright and/or use and/or publish photographs of likeness of the model which the model may be included in whole or in part of composite reproductions thereof in colour or otherwise.
In accordance with above, the model releases and discharges the companies and persons named above and persons acting on behalf of them from any liability by virtue if any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form that may occur to be produced in the taking of said picture or in any processing thereof completion of the finished product. All other releases are not valid unless countersigned by a model manager. Any release by model and manager above is not valid until payment is received in full.
* Agency Service Fee 20%
Bookings

Minimum time for all bookings is two hours.
Booking fees are applicable for the model’s booking time. Permitted Use. Every 15 minutes thereafter is computed into the next hour. Length of booking must be specified at time of booking. Model must be paid for length specified at time of booking
Day/Hourly Rate
Bookings are charged by the day, half day or by the hour. Day rates must be specified at time of booking and cannot
be changed after the model has arrived at the job. Full day rate must be paid even if entire time is not used.
Overtime

Time and one half is charged before 9AM and after 6PM or after 8 consecutive hours, unless specific arrangements have been made with the manager. A special rate is negotiated for night work between midnight and 9AM.
Weather Permitted Bookings

First cancellation due to weather will be at half the rate with the understanding that the model will be booked within 10 days of the weather cancellation. If the client fails to notify the agency of cancellation, and model arrives at a booking, the client will be billed for the full rate
Lingerie/ Underwear

This rate will apply for transparent, brief, or translucent clothing. Lingerie rate is double the hourly rate. Nudes are triple the hourly rate. Men's underwear is double the hourly rate. A closed set and private dressing room is mandatory.
Photographic Testing

Models will not sign any release whatsoever for use of photos unless arrangements have been made with the agency.
Vouchers

Must be signed by the model and client at end of every booking. Vouchers are in triplicate, one copy to the model, one to the agency, one to the client. Must be forwarded to the agency within 7 days.
Cancellations

Any booking cancelled by the client prior to 24 hours notice will be billed at full rate
Usage

Photographs taken for all bookings can only be used for the intended original usage confirmed at the confirmation of booking. Additional usage fees must be negotiated with the agency. No consumer products, packages, riser cards, posters, use of model’s name, electronic imaging, internet usage, hang tags, package inserts, billboards, display, point of purchase or national advertising will be permitted without checking and negotiating with the agency. Additional usage fees can be negotiated with the agency.
Model Releases

Model Release Forms are to be signed before shoot or event. Will not be valid without agency approval.
Complaints

Any cause for complaint should be reported when it arises, the complaint must be reported to the agency during the course of the booking, so the situation can be resolved immediately. Complaints will not be dealt with after the fact, and will in no way absolve a client's responsibility to pay full negotiated rate. Complaints cannot be considered in retrospect
Agency Fees

A supplemental 20% agency service fee is charged on all booking, whether all inclusive or added on, this applies to all fees hourly and usage fees. All payments are invoiced by the agency to the client and will be paid to the agency. Payments are not to made directly to the model.
Model Commission

There is a 20% agency commission due to the agency from the model.
Note
​Provide not less than 48 hours' prior notice to Stiletto Model & Talent Management in the event that the Client will be out of town for a period of greater than 3 consecutive days
The Client hereby authorizes Stiletto Model & Talent Management to use, and to authorize others to use, and grants the right to use and license to others, the Client's name, likeness, portrait, picture and biographical material, and to advertise, publicize and reproduce same in all forms of media, in connection with the engagement hereunder.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. This agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts which, together, shall constitute an original copy hereof as of the date first noted above.
